Nora K. Marks, PhD
Clinical Psychologist & Owner
Dr. Marks received her Master's Degree from Central Washington University, and she earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from Walden University. She has over 30 years of experience in the mental health field.
Columbia Basin Psychological Services was established in 2012.
She has years of experience helping injured workers, correctional facilities, and psychological evaluations. She enjoys sewing, baking, and spending time with her family.
Glade Daniels-Brown
Mental Health Counselor
Glade Daniels-Brown has been working in the field of Psychology for over 30 years. He has a wide range of experience from Inpatient psychiatric hospitals with youth and adults to foster care and adoption placements as a Social Worker. He worked juvenile corrections and loves the youth and their desire to find their way. For the last 20 years Glade has been working in his private practice working with relationships, adult problems such as depression and anxiety, and troubled teens. He would rather call his work "coaching" than therapy because he tries to help others reach their highest potential. He loves people and enjoys talking to them even when not on the clock.
Glade recently found world travel as his new exciting hobby and looks forward to his next adventures. He loves to read and enjoys interesting documentaries and is always working on his music playlist. He loves riding motorcycles with friends and finding new Mexican food trucks to try.
Roman Daniels-Brown
Mental Health Counselor

Roman received his MS in Clinical Psychology from Capella University and his BS in Public Relations at Utah Valley University with a minor in Chinese. He interned at CBPS and has his associate license. He grew up in Moses Lake, WA, and has two beautiful daughters. He enjoys watching and playing sports, traveling, and reading.
Fernando Alaniz
Mental Health Counselor
Fernando was raised in the Lower Yakima Valley. Shortly after high school, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He left the Marine Corps in 2014 and decided to pursue an education in the mental health field. He went on to receive his Bachelor's in Psychology from Washington State University, followed by a Masters degree in Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in clinical psychology through Saybrook University, while working as an LMHCA and as a student with N.K. Marks, Ph.D., as his primary supervisor. Fernando incorporates an eclectic approach in therapy, gathering techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, among others.
The majority of his experience in the mental health field resides within crisis response. He has also worked as an outpatient therapist, a school district's mental health therapist, a therapist at Coyote Ridge Corrections Center, and as a case manager at an inpatient mental health facility with Comprehensive Healthcare. His interests lie within the dimensions of human sexuality. When he is not working or doing school work, he enjoys spending his time with his husband and his two dogs, Flash and Freckles.

Office Administrator/Billing
Elizabeth joined our team in 2019. She enjoys helping the community and making a difference in the mental health industry. She was Born and raised in the Tri Cities. She is married and has three children and two grandchildren. She loves being with her family and anything to do with the mountains.
Sarah
Business Manager/Contract Coordinator
Sarah started at CBPS in 2019. She manages billing contracts and also specializes in insurance billing and credentialing.
She lives in the Tri-Cities with her husband and two children. She enjoys reading, camping in the PNW, and traveling.
